Dr Sapna Dilgir is a highly skilled surgeon who transitioned into opening her own private practice, marking an important new chapter in her professional journey. Entering a specialised and deeply personal area of healthcare, Dr Sapna was committed to creating a practice that felt welcoming, reassuring and approachable-while still reflecting clinical excellence and trust. Rather than following the conventional visual language often seen in gynaecology branding, she wanted an identity that connected more gently with her patients, recognising the emotional considerations and sensitivities inherent in her field. Our Strategic Contribution: Our role was to develop a brand identity that balanced medical credibility with approachability. Working closely with Dr Sapna, we created a hand-illustrated, stylised logo designed to feel personal and calming, setting the tone for a patient-first experience. This visual language was extended consistently across appointment cards, professional email signatures and letterhead-ensuring cohesion and clarity across all communications. To support accessibility and ease of engagement, we also designed and developed a custom website with integrated contact functionality, allowing patients to easily find the practice and request appointments. The result is a thoughtful, refined brand presence that supports trust, comfort and professionalism, while clearly differentiating Dr Sapna’s practice within the healthcare landscape.
