Koala Hut Fresh Juice Café was created to capture the attention of tourists and families visiting Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre. With a strong focus on children and holiday-goers, the brand needed to feel instantly fun, healthy and memorable - conveying tropical freshness while remaining flexible enough to work across a wide range of merchandise. The vision was to create a joyful, approachable juice brand that embodied Australian character, vibrant energy and feel-good freshness. Beverage Branding Design and Marketing.
Our Strategic Contribution: Our role was to build a brand identity that balanced playful storytelling with strong commercial application. We developed a happy koala character enjoying a fresh juice beneath a tropical hut - designed using a subtle double “K” to reference the brand’s initials. A custom wordmark was created to give Koala Hut a friendly, modern and ownable typographic voice. Rather than following the category norm of orange-heavy palettes, we deliberately chose a bold, bright green to reinforce freshness, natural ingredients and jungle-inspired energy. The identity was designed to translate seamlessly across cups, bottles, apparel, signage and in-store touchpoints - ensuring consistency, recognition and strong visual appeal.
