Macro Mike was founded with a bold mission: to prove that food made for people with dietary restrictions can still be fun, indulgent and genuinely delicious. After navigating food intolerances himself, Mike set out to create a brand that delivers high-quality, natural wholefood treats without compromise. From the outset, Macro Mike was never meant to feel clinical or restrictive - instead, the brand needed to reflect Mike’s own vibrant personality and unapologetic energy, appealing to a community that wants flavour, fun and freedom in what they eat. Our Strategic Contribution: With Mike front and centre as the heart of the brand, our approach focused on personality-led storytelling and instant shelf impact. We created a custom illustrated logo featuring a character inspired by Mike himself, supported by bold, vibrant colour palettes and hand-drawn typography to amplify the playful, high-energy feel. The initial launch included two hero products - a brownie and blondie packet mix - supported by packaging design, business cards and a custom e-commerce website to drive direct-to-consumer sales. As the range expanded to include sauces, we continued to evolve the illustrated, high-impact visual system, ensuring strong brand recognition and consistency across new product lines.
