Madders Lawn & Garden was founded by Lachie, driven by a genuine passion for all things green and a desire to elevate the perception of lawn and garden maintenance. Operating across the Gold Coast, the business offers reliable, high-quality lawn and garden services at accessible price points - without presenting as a typical, generic mowing brand. From the outset, Lachie wanted a brand that reflected pride in presentation, care for detail and professionalism, while still feeling approachable and grounded. Our Strategic Contribution: Our role was to create a brand identity that clearly differentiated Madders Lawn & Garden within a saturated industry. Through research into competing businesses and visual conventions, we identified an opportunity to move away from expected imagery and develop a more considered, contemporary identity. The logo was constructed by combining the business initial ‘M’ with flowing forms inspired by rolling lawns, alongside abstract leaf shapes that directly reference the core services offered. This approach allowed us to create a symbol that feels natural yet structured - clean, modern and confident in its appearance. The identity was designed to be bold and immediately recognisable, ensuring strong impact across vehicles, workwear and marketing materials. The result is a distinctive brand that reflects Lachie’s passion, elevates his service offering, and supports visibility and growth in a competitive local market.
